Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Pre-Primary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Experience with Montessori or Finish curriculum will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for pre-primary students.
• Foster a positive, caring, and safe classroom environment that promotes curiosity and learning.
• Implement child-centric teaching methodologies aligned with Montessori or Finnish approaches or Integrated approach.
• Assess and monitor the development and progress of each child.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and activities.
• Maintain classroom records, including lesson plans, attendance, and developmental observations.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
• Ensure adherence to the school’s policies, procedures, and child safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pre-Primary/Kindergarten Teacher.
• Certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training/Montessori or Finnish Curriculum experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi/Telugu/Sanskrit].
• Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
• Creativity, patience, and passion for working with young children.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
• Additional training in child psychology, special needs education, or similar fields.
