Job Summary

MD School is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture and educate young learners. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports children’s academic, social, emotional, and physical growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the school curriculum
  • Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support children’s early literacy, numeracy, motor, and social skills through play-based learning
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development
  • Encourage positive behavior, independence, and good habits
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being
  • Prepare teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom displays
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant qualification
  • Prior experience as a pre-primary or kindergarten teacher preferred
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for working with young children
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude
  • Ability to plan engaging, child-centered activities
