Job Description

  • Child Care & Safety: Actively monitor children to ensure a safe, nurturing, and hygienic classroom environment.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Develop and deliver play-based learning activities, including arts, crafts, and basic literacy/numeracy (shapes, colors, numbers).
  • Developmental Support: Foster cognitive, social, and emotional skills, including independence, sharing, and good manners.
  • Parent Communication: Regularly update parents on child progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
  • Classroom Management: Establish routines, manage daily schedules (meals, nap times, play), and handle classroom discipline positively.
