Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Must be a Graduate in any stream.
• Professional Training: Mandatory certification in ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education) or Montessori Training.
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a CBSE school
• Skills: Excellent fluency in English is essential.
  • Well-versed in IT skills for digital classroom engagement.
  • A strong flair for innovative teaching methods (Storytelling, Puppetry, Sensory Play).

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Planning: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for Nursery, Jr. KG, and Sr. KG.
• Holistic Development: Foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth in young learners.
• Parent Communication: Maintain regular and professional communication with parents regarding child progress.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe, vibrant, and organized “Smart Class” environment.
• Adherence to Norms: Follow CBSE guidelines for early childhood education and safety.
