Key Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum planning, lesson implementation, and assessment processes for all primary classes.
  
• Mentor and support teachers in designing engaging, activity-based learning experiences aligned with CBSE guidelines.
  
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.
  
• Coordinate academic planning, timetable management, and classroom resources and taking classes as required.
  
• Monitor student progress and support differentiated learning strategies.
  
• Organize academic events, assemblies, and co-curricular activities for the primary section.
  
• Ensure implementation of school policies and maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

Qualification & Eligibility Requirements

Minimum Educational Qualification:
Graduation + B.Ed / PG + B.Ed / M.Ed

Experience Required:
5–10 years /  Leadership experience
