Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and oversee primary grade activities, ensuring high academic standards and results.
- Teacher Support & Development: Guide teachers on lesson plans, pedagogy, classroom management, conduct observations, provide feedback, and organize workshops.
- Curriculum Implementation: Ensure age-appropriate curriculum & activities align with standards and implement new guidelines.
- Student Oversight: Monitor student progress, well-being, and discipline; coordinate support for students needing extra help.
- Parent & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open channels with parents for updates, manage Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and events.
- Operations & Administration: Manage timetables, assessments, reporting, resources, and ensure smooth daily operations.
