Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide strong academic leadership in line with CBSE norms and the vision of the institution.
• Ensure effective implementation of CBSE curriculum, examination policies, and co-curricular activities.
• Guide and mentor teachers to improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
• Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and positive learning environment for students.
• Manage day-to-day school operations, including administration, faculty management, and student welfare.
• Liaise with CBSE, educational and government authorities, and parents to maintain compliance and transparency.
• Drive innovative practices, technology integration, and extracurricular programs.
• Promote values of integrity, teamwork, and continuous learning among staff and students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in any discipline with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• At least 5 years in a leadership role (Vice-Principal/Principal) in a reputed CBSE school.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, guidelines, and school management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
