Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and academically strong School Principal to lead the institution. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, a student-centric approach, and the ability to manage academic and administrative operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school.
• Lead and mentor teachers, staff, and academic coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Implement effective teaching-learning practices and maintain academic excellence.
• Coordinate curriculum planning, assessments, timetables, and school events.
• Build a positive school culture and ensure student discipline and wellbeing.
• Maintain strong communication with parents, management, and external stakeholders.
• Manage school operations, budgeting, resource planning, and admissions when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• MA in English with B.Ed or M.Ed (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of total teaching experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and North-East states may apply.
• No gender preference – all eligible candidates are welcome.
• Should be ready to relocate to Pirpainti, if not local.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹60,000 to ₹90,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
• Accommodation: Provided by the school.
