Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and dedicated educational leader to join our degree college as a Principal. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Manage day-to-day college operations, including timetabling, resource planning, and infrastructure upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations, safety standards, and university policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for administrative and regulatory purposes.

 

Student Development and Discipline:

  • Foster a safe, supportive, and conducive learning environment for all students.
  • Oversee student discipline and behavior management, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Promote programs and activities that enhance student engagement, creativity, and leadership.

 

Staff Leadership and Coordination:
