Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic PRT (Primary Teacher) for Environmental Studies (EVS) to teach students in the primary grades. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of EVS concepts, a passion for teaching young learners, and the ability to make learning interactive, engaging, and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Environmental Studies (EVS) to primary school students (Classes 1–5).

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that promote curiosity, observation, and understanding of the environment.

• Encourage hands-on and experiential learning through projects, experiments, field activities, and visual aids.

• Foster environmental awareness, responsibility, and sustainable habits among students.

• Assess and monitor student progress through classwork, tests, and assignments.

• Provide individual attention and academic guidance to support diverse learning needs.

• Collaborate with other teachers to plan integrated and interdisciplinary learning experiences.

• Participate actively in school events, exhibitions, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.

• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: B.A./B.Sc. in Environmental Science, Geography, or any relevant discipline with B.Ed. (mandatory).
  A Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.

• Experience: 2–4 years of teaching experience at the primary school level.

• Strong command over English and effective classroom communication skills.

• Familiarity with activity-based and child-centered teaching methods.

• Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire curiosity and environmental awareness in young learners.
