Key Responsibilities

• Handle all subjects for primary classes as a Mother Teacher
• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons
• Develop students’ foundational skills in language, numeracy, and life skills
• Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
• Maintain discipline with a child-friendly approach
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
• Organize classroom activities, projects, and events

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
• B.Ed. / D.Ed. (preferred/mandatory as per school policy)
• Experience teaching primary classes in a CBSE school
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching young children
