About the Role

Sanskaar Academy is looking for creative, energetic, and patient Female Primary Teachers to join our elementary wing. We believe that the primary years are the most “Sanskaar-forming” years. We need educators who can act as mentors and second mothers to our young learners, making their first transition into formal schooling joyful and inspiring.

Available Subject Vacancies

• Generalist Teachers: Capability to teach all subjects (English, Hindi, Math, EVS) for lower primary classes.
• Specialist Teachers: English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS).
• Art & Culture: Integrated Art & Craft and Value Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Teaching: Use play-way methods, storytelling, and rhymes to explain academic concepts.
• Foundational Literacy: Focus on improving students’ reading, writing, and speaking skills in both English and Hindi.
• Child Safety & Care: Maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing classroom environment for young children.
• Activity-Based Learning: Organize classroom activities, field trips, and school assemblies.
• Parent Engagement: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding child progress and behavioral development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduation (B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com) from a recognized university.
• Professional: B.Ed. or D.El.Ed (BTC) is mandatory.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a primary school setting is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Skills: High patience levels, excellent storytelling ability, and basic computer knowledge for Smart Classes.
