Responsibilities and Duties:

• Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team, make decisions, and manage both staff and children effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

• Master’s Degree (preferably) in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Administration.

• Teaching Experience: At least 5–7 years of experience in the early childhood education sector, with some years spent in leadership or supervisory roles.

• Relevant Certifications (optional): Such as B.Ed., Montessori Training, or certifications in child care and development.

Shortlisted candidates are often asked to conduct a demo class to show their:

• Teaching style and classroom management

• Ability to explain technical topics clearly

• Use of teaching aids (smartboard, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Interaction with students

The demo helps assess communication skills, clarity of concepts, and student engagement techniques.
