Job Summary

Vidyodaya International School is looking for a tech-savvy and innovative Robotics & STEM Teacher. The candidate will lead our Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) or Robotics Lab, inspiring students from Middle to Senior Secondary school to build, code, and innovate. You will bridge the gap between theoretical science and practical engineering, preparing students for the technology-driven world of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Instruction: Teach students the fundamentals of Electronics, Arduino/Raspberry Pi, Sensors, and Circuit Design.
• Coding & Programming: Instruct students in block-based coding (Scratch) and text-based languages like Python and C++ for robot automation.
• Lab Management: Oversee the school’s Robotics/STEM lab, maintaining equipment like 3D printers, DIY kits, and mechanical tools.
• Project-Based Learning: Guide students in creating “Innovation Projects” that solve real-world problems (e.g., smart irrigation, automated home systems).
• Interdisciplinary Integration: Work with Science and Math teachers to demonstrate how robotics applies to physics laws and mathematical logic.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics,Computer Science, or Robotics; or a B.Sc./B.Ed with a strong certification in Robotics.
• Technical Mastery: Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) basics
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, patience for debugging student code, and the ability to explain complex engineering concepts in simple terms.
