Role & Responsibilities

The Principal will serve as the academic and administrative head of the school and will be responsible for overall school performance.

Academic Leadership

• Lead and supervise all academic activities from curriculum planning to assessment.
• Ensure effective implementation of the prescribed syllabus and academic calendar.
• Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, classroom delivery, and student outcomes.
• Promote innovative teaching practices and continuous teacher development.

Administration & Management

• Oversee daily school operations, discipline, and campus management.
• Manage faculty recruitment, performance reviews, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with board, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate academic and administrative records.

Student & Parent Engagement

• Foster a safe, disciplined, and student-friendly school environment.
• Address student welfare, behavior, and academic concerns.
• Build strong communication with parents and handle grievances professionally.

Strategic & Institutional Development

• Contribute to school growth, reputation building, and quality improvement.
• Coordinate school events, inspections, audits, and external evaluations.
• Uphold school values, ethics, and institutional culture.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:
  • Master’s Degree (mandatory)
• Professional Qualification:
  • Ed (mandatory)
  • Ed (preferred but not compulsory)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in teaching and/or school administration
  • Prior experience as Vice Principal / Academic Head / Principal preferred

• Leadership Skills:
  • Strong decision-making and people management ability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Relocation:
  • Willingness to work in Bihar; accommodation will be provided if required.

Salary & Benefits

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience and capability)
