📝 Overview of the Job – Science Teacher

📋 Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create and execute age-appropriate lesson plans based on early childhood development principles.
• Use play-based, activity-driven methods including storytelling, music, rhymes, and creative expression.
• Manage and engage a pre-primary classroom of young learners with care, patience, and structure.
• Monitor and document each child’s development, learning milestones, and areas needing support.
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of all children at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents through diaries, meetings, and informal feedback.
• Participate in school events, training sessions, assemblies, and staff development programs.
• Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

🎓 Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Education: Graduate in any stream
• Professional Certification: Diploma/Certification in NTT, Montessori Training, D.El.Ed or similar
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of classroom teaching experience (preferred)
  • Passionate and dedicated freshers may also apply
• Skills:
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Creativity, patience, and strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with modern pre-school methodologies and early child psychology

⏰ Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8 hours/day)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half-day/off on selected Saturdays)
• Full-day physical presence on campus is mandatory
• Comfortable, supportive environment with modern classroom facilities
• Outstation candidates may be offered assistance with local accommodation
