About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and inquisitive TGT Science Teacher to join our secondary faculty. The ideal candidate should have a “hands-on” approach to teaching, transforming complex scientific theories into easy-to-understand concepts. You will be responsible for fostering a scientific temperament and preparing students for the Maharashtra State Board (SSC) Science exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrated Science Instruction: Teach Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to students from Class 5 to 10.
• Laboratory Management: Conduct regular practical sessions in the Science Lab, ensuring safety protocols and hands-on learning.
• Board Curriculum: Ensure 100% syllabus coverage as per the State Board/SSC norms, focusing on diagrammatic accuracy and conceptual clarity.
• STEM Initiatives: Organize Science Fairs, exhibitions, and encourage students to participate in external competitive exams like Homi Bhabha (Young Scientist) or Olympiads.
• Digital Teaching: Use Smart Class technology and simulations to visualize microscopic or astronomical phenomena.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. (with specialization in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology).
• Professional: Mandatory B.Ed. degree.
• Experience: 1 years of teaching science at the secondary level in a Mumbai school.
• Eligibility: Candidates who have cleared TET/CTET are highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong conceptual knowledge, ability to draw accurate biological and technical diagrams, and excellent classroom management.
