Science Teacher (TGT / PGT)

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic Science Teacher (TGT/PGT) to teach science subjects and inspire curiosity and innovation among students.
Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology / General Science) as per the school curriculum.

• Preparing lesson plans and conducting engaging theory and practical sessions.

• Encouraging students to participate in science fairs, exhibitions, and competitions.

• Guiding and mentoring students in science projects and experimental learning.

• Assisting students in developing scientific thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.

• Supporting activities in the robotics lab and having basic knowledge of robotics and modern science technologies.

• Participating in school academic activities and science-related programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science (B.Sc / M.Sc in relevant subject).

• B.Ed. qualification preferred.

• Strong knowledge of science concepts and laboratory practices.

• Basic knowledge of computer applications and digital teaching tools.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).

• Accommodation facility available for staff (subject to availability and institutional policies).

• Food facility available as per institutional rules.

• Performance-based salary increments.

School Details

The school is managed by Jijamata Rural Development and Educational Trust, which operates CBSE and State Board schools, senior colleges, and pharmacy colleges across Jafrabad Taluka. The trust aims to provide affordable and accessible quality education to students, especially in rural areas.

School Timings: Generally 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (subject to change as per school requirements).
