Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Academic Coordinator with a strong academic foundation, preferably from a Chemistry/Science background.
The ideal candidate must hold a regular B.Ed degree and have solid experience in teaching, academic planning, and coordination within a school ecosystem.

This role requires excellent communication, leadership ability, and a thorough understanding of the CBSE curriculum and examination pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day academic operations of the school.
• Ensure effective implementation of lesson plans, academic calendars, and teaching schedules.
• Work closely with faculty to maintain alignment with CBSE syllabus and academic standards.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and design strategies for improvement.
• Support teachers through class observations, feedback sessions, and academic guidance.
• Maintain smooth coordination between departments for academic consistency.
• Organize and oversee academic events such as tests, assessments, workshops, and competitions.
• Provide timely academic reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in science related subject / Chemistry preferred (Science background compulsory).
• B.Ed (Regular) is mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching and academic coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, planning, and assessment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and team-handling skills.
• Ability to mentor faculty members and contribute to continuous academic improvement.
