• Job Role: PGT Teacher

• Teaching Subject: Any (based on qualification)- Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Commerce.

• Classes: Senior Secondary (Class IX –XII)

• Job Location: Patna, Bihar

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Salary: 15000-30000 [As per Qualification and Experience]

Role & Responsibilities

• Teach the allotted subject to Class XI and XII students as per the prescribed syllabus.

• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons using effective teaching methodologies.

• Prepare students for board examinations and internal assessments.

• Conduct tests, evaluate answer scripts, and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.

• Participate in academic planning, staff meetings, and school activities.

• Support students’ academic and personal development through mentoring.

• Maintain proper academic records and comply with school policies.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree in the relevant subject

• Professional Qualification:

  • B.Ed (Mandatory)

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level preferred

• Skills:

  • Good subject knowledge

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, presentations, online teaching tools)

  • Effective classroom management
