Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging soft skills training sessions for students across different grade levels.

• Train students in communication skills, public speaking, personality development, leadership, teamwork, time management, and emotional intelligence.

• Conduct interactive workshops, role plays, group discussions, and presentations to improve student participation and confidence.

• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to integrate soft skills into the academic curriculum.

• Guide students in building self-confidence, discipline, and professional etiquette.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Management, or a related field.

• Certification or formal training in Soft Skills / Personality Development / Communication Skills (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in a school or educational institution.

• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.

• Ability to connect with students and create an engaging, positive learning environment.
