Role Overview

Jagma World School is looking for energetic and disciplined Sports Teachers (1 Male, 1 Female) to lead our Physical Education department. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed) from a recognized university.
• Certification: Equivalent certificates from recognized national sports institutions (like NSNIS) will also be considered.
• Communication: Must be fluent in English to lead assemblies and communicate with parents/staff.
• Technical Skills: Well-versed with IT Skills for maintaining student fitness records, organizing digital sports events, and handling departmental admin.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaching & Training: Develop and implement training programs for various sports (Cricket, Football, Athletics, Yoga, etc.) for all age groups.
• CBSE Compliance: Ensure the Physical Education curriculum and practical assessments meet the latest CBSE Norms.
• Innovative Methods: Introduce innovative teaching methods to encourage participation from all students, focusing on both physical health and mental well-being.
• Event Management: Organize and lead the Annual Sports Day, inter-school competitions, and house-league matches.
• Discipline: Maintain a high level of discipline on the field and act as a role model for hardworking and sportsmanlike behavior.
