About the Role

Sanskaar Academy believes that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. We are seeking energetic, disciplined, and professionally qualified Sports Teachers (Physical Education Instructors). The ideal candidates will not only teach sports but also instill values of teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship in our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Sports Coaching: Provide specialized coaching in at least two major sports (e.g., Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, or Athletics).
• Physical Training: Conduct daily morning assemblies, PT drills, and yoga sessions for all grade levels.
• Competition Management: Prepare school teams for Inter-school, District, State, and CBSE Cluster-level competitions.
• Discipline & Safety: Maintain student discipline on the playground and ensure all physical activities are conducted safely.
• Event Planning: Take a lead role in organizing the Annual Sports Day and other house-based sports leagues.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and track sports equipment and suggest requirements for the annual sports budget.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Graduation or Post-Graduation in Physical Education (B.P.Ed. or M.P.Ed.) is mandatory.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Physical Education Teacher in a school setting.
• Skills: Strong command over drills/march-pasts, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of personal physical fitness.
• Specialization: Candidates with National/State level participation in any specific sport will be given high priority.
