Position Overview:
We seek a motivated and experienced TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in English to teach middle and secondary school students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for language and literature, effective teaching strategies, and the ability to engage students in developing strong reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature to students in middle and secondary grades (Classes 6-10).
• Design and deliver interactive and engaging lessons that enhance grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
• Inspire students to appreciate literature and develop creative writing abilities.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide individual student attention and offer academic counseling to support their learning needs.
• Collaborate with other teachers and participate in departmental planning, activities, and curriculum development.
• Organize and participate in school events, such as literary competitions, debates, and drama presentations.
• Maintain an effective classroom environment conducive to learning and discipline.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: B.A. in English with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification. A Master’s degree (M.A. in English) is an advantage.
• Experience: 2-4 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of innovative and student-centered teaching methods.
• Ability to motivate students and create a positive learning environment.
