About the Role

We are looking for a scholarly and articulate English Teacher to lead our Secondary (8,9,10) students. At this level, English is critical for both board performance and future professional success. We need an educator who can handle complex literature, advanced linguistics, and prepare students for the rigors of the Maharashtra State Board (HSC) or relevant board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Instruction: Deliver in-depth lectures on English Literature and Language
• HSC Board Expertise: Master the State Board/HSC pattern, ensuring students are proficient in “Writing Skills” and “Poetic Appreciation” sections.
• Communication Coaching: Train students for viva-voce, oral assessments, and personality development.
• Career Guidance: Assist students in improving their academic writing for university entrance exams and professional applications.
• Academic Leadership: Set high-standard internal question papers and provide critical assessment feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.A/M.A. in English Literature
• Professional: Mandatory B.Ed. degree.
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year
• Skills: Sophisticated command over English, deep knowledge of literary theory, and proficiency in using ICT/Smart Class technology.

📍 Location & Commute Preference (Crucial)

To ensure long-term stability and punctual attendance, we strongly prefer candidates residing in North Mumbai.

• Priority Areas: Malad (East/West), Goregaon, Kandivali, Borivali, and Dahisar.
• Commute Requirement: Candidates should ideally reside within a 5–8 km radius of Malad East
