Position Overview

We invite applications from qualified, experienced, and committed Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) for Mathematics, Science, Social Science, English, and Hindi for the academic year 2026–27.

The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching Classes 6–10, ensuring effective delivery of the CBSE curriculum as prescribed by NCERT, with a focus on conceptual clarity, application-based learning, and examination preparedness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Teach the assigned subject to Classes 6–10 in accordance with CBSE Board guidelines and NCERT textbooks.

  • Plan and implement structured lesson plans that ensure syllabus completion and academic rigor.

  • Emphasize conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and application-oriented learning as per CBSE standards.

  • Prepare students for school examinations, internal assessments, periodic tests, and board-oriented evaluations.

  • Design worksheets, question banks, and assessments aligned with CBSE exam patterns and competency-based questions.

  • Integrate experiential learning, projects, and real-life examples while adhering to NCERT learning outcomes.

  • Monitor, assess, and document student progress, providing timely academic support and remediation where required.

  • Maintain effective classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

  • Collaborate with subject teams to plan curriculum mapping, assessments, and interdisciplinary activities.

  • Participate in CBSE-related training, academic audits, professional development programs, and school initiatives.

  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student academic performance and examination readiness.


Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications

  • B.A./B.Sc. in the relevant subject (Mathematics / Science / Social Science / English / Hindi)

  • B.Ed. – Mandatory (as per CBSE norms)

  • Master’s degree in the relevant subject is an added advantage

Experience & Skills

  • 3–6 years of teaching experience at the TGT / Secondary School level (CBSE preferred)

  • Thorough understanding of CBSE Board examination patterns and NCERT syllabus

  • Strong subject expertise and effective classroom management skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English (and Hindi for Hindi faculty)

  • Proficiency in preparing board-oriented lesson plans, assessments, and remedial strategies

  • Ability to integrate ICT tools and digital resources into teaching

  • Strong teamwork, planning, and documentation skills

  • Passion for teaching and commitment to academic excellence and student success
