Job Summary:
Narayana eTechno School, Badlapur is seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal for the Primary Segment (Classes I to V). The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in English, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for nurturing young learners while supporting academic excellence and school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in the overall administration and management of the primary segment (Classes I–V).
• Supervise and guide teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and curriculum delivery.
• Develop and implement academic plans, lesson strategies, and assessments aligned with school standards.
• Monitor student progress and ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Coordinate with parents regarding student performance and development.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of students at all times.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and academic events for staff and students.
• Maintain records, reports, and compliance with educational policies and guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English preferred / any subject +  (B.Ed. / D.ED is must).
• 4 to 10 years of teaching/academic leadership experience in primary education.
• Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of educators effectively.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
