Welcome to Teachers Recruiter – India’s dedicated job portal for the education sector.
By accessing or using our platform (https://www.teachersrecruiter.in) via website, mobile site, or related services,
you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.



1. Definitions

  • “We” / “Us” / “Our” – Refers to Teachers Recruiter.
  • “Job Seeker” – Any individual registering to search, apply for jobs, or promote their profile.
  • “Employer” – Any school, institution, or recruiter registering to post job openings and/or access candidate databases.
  • “Platform” – The Teachers Recruiter website (https://www.teachersrecruiter.in) and associated services.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into agreements.
  • All registration details must be accurate, current, and complete.

 


3. Services for Job Seekers

  • Free Registration & Job Applications – Job seekers can create an account and apply for job openings without charge.
  • Featured Profile Plan – Optional paid subscription that promotes your profile to employers for better visibility.
  • Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, resumes, and application information.

 


4. Services for Employers

  • Free Registration – Employers can register and create a school/institution profile at no cost.
  • Paid Hiring Plans – To post job openings and/or access the candidate database, employers must subscribe to one of our hiring plans.
  • Employers must ensure job postings are genuine, legal, and free from misleading or discriminatory content.

 


5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • All paid plans (Featured Profile for job seekers and Hiring Plans for employers) are billed as per the selected plan’s pricing and duration.
  • Payments can be made through:
      1. Our secure payment gateway Razorpay (supports cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets), or
      2. Direct bank transfer to the official Teachers Recruiter company bank account (details provided upon request).
  • Services are activated only after successful payment confirmation from Razorpay or verification of funds received in our bank account.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified at checkout or invoice.
  • Payment details (such as card, UPI, or banking information) are processed securely by Razorpay or via standard banking channels and are not stored on our servers.
  • We may revise plan pricing at any time, with changes applying only to future renewals and new purchases.

 


6. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer any refunds once a payment has been successfully processed, regardless of usage of the purchased service.
  • Users are advised to review the plan details carefully before making a purchase.

 


7. User Responsibilities

  • Do not post false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
  • Do not share login credentials with others.
  • Do not misuse the platform for spam, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
  • Respect intellectual property rights when uploading content.

 


8. Platform Usage & Limitations

  • We provide the platform to connect job seekers and employers but do not guarantee hiring, job offers, or employment outcomes.
  • We do not take any guarantee of candidates regarding their personal conduct, professional background, or qualifications. All profiles are created solely by the candidates, and the accuracy of such information is their responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

 


9. Data Privacy

  • Personal and organizational data will be collected, stored, and processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • By using the platform, you consent to receiving transactional and promotional communications from us through digital platforms such as email, WhatsApp, SMS (text message), and phone calls.
  • You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our messages, while transactional communications will continue as they are necessary for providing our services.

 


10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, and technology of Teachers Recruiter are owned or licensed by us.
  • Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform materials without prior written permission.

 


11. Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of job postings, employer authenticity, or candidate credentials.
  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our platform.

 


12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
  • Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

 

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh.
  • Any disagreements will first be addressed through mutual discussion and understanding between both parties before pursuing legal remedies.
